Due to the nature of insurance coverage today, with high deductibles co-pays and limited chiropractic benefits , Restoration Family Chiropractic has chosen to operate as a cash practice. We are not in network with any insurance, which allows us to provide affordable care that is not limited.
Forms of payment accepted include, cash, check, or any major credit. We are also able to accept Health Savings Account payments.

Using your own insurance
We are able to provide the superbill invoice for your to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement based on your benefits
Cancellation policy
In an effort to provide great care to all patient’s please notify the office at your earliest ability so that we might be able to offer the appointment to someone else. Repeat late cancellations may result in a fee.
